This is the second iteration of Unearthing the Soul. The first version was a 21-day journaling guide that moved through people’s lives in a real way, and I wanted to give that same experience more space to deepen and unfold.
This version expands into 100 days, shaped as a slower burning alchemy that asks you to spend more time with each question, to sit with your own experience a little longer, and to allow what is there to gradually come into view without needing to rush or resolve it too quickly.
Journaling and inquiry have been a steady cornerstone of my own practice for years, and I continue to return to them because they create a kind of clarity and orientation that feels both grounded and reliable. There is something about placing language to your inner experience that allows you to observe yourself more honestly, to recognize the patterns that have taken shape over time, and to begin relating to your life with a greater sense of steadiness and intention.
Every question within this process has been placed with care, and the order of each question is progressive and intentional, so that as you move through it, your perspective begins to deepen and connect in a way that feels coherent rather than scattered. What you begin to see is not a collection of isolated reflections, but a life that has been forming in ways that can be understood.
The structure remains simple, allowing you to move through one question at a time, at a pace that feels natural, giving each moment of reflection enough space to reveal something that is actually true for you.
Downloadable PDF, A Year of Alignment is a 100+ page guided practice you return to five times over one year. It is a yearlong self-leadership framework designed to help you choose a meaningful direction, stay in relationship with it through real life, and finish what you start with clarity and integrity. This guided PDF supports sustainable follow-through, honest reflection, and completion without burnout, pressure, or constant restarting.
It walks you through setting a clear yearly direction, translating it into realistic quarterly focus, reviewing what actually happened without self-judgment, refining your approach as you change, and finishing the year with integrity and confidence.
While it is a year-long guide it is not high-touch. You are meant to live your life, then return to reflect, recalibrate, and recommit.
Most goal systems fail because they rely on motivation, ignore nervous system capacity, treat inconsistency like a moral flaw, force urgency instead of teaching relationship
This guide does none of that. Instead, it helps you to stop reopening decisions once they’re made, build structures that hold you when energy fluctuates, distinguish discomfort from misalignment, stay engaged when novelty wears off, and complete cycles without over-pressuring yourself.
By the end of the year, the outcome builds trust in yourself.
This guide is for you if you value depth, honesty, and self-respect, you want to finish something well, you’re done performing productivity, and are seeking even progress.
It works for personal goals, creative projects, business or career direction, and health, lifestyle, or internal transformation.
If you want a hype-driven planner or daily accountability system, this isn’t it, babe.
If you want a durable practice you can return to for years, come on then.

Downloadable PDF, The Holistic Reset is a 152-page guided health protocol designed to reduce inflammatory load, regulate your nervous system, and restore your body's ability to communicate clearly. This is not a crash diet, a detox tea, or a willpower experiment. It is a structured, research-informed recalibration — built around the understanding that lasting change requires more than a food list. It requires the right internal conditions, the right support structure, and a genuine relationship with your own body. That's what this protocol builds.
What makes it different is the architecture. Before you change a single thing on your plate, you spend a full week in preparation — setting up your kitchen, reclaiming your calendar, supporting your nervous system, and doing the interior work of understanding your own patterns well enough to meet them when they show up. The protocol itself is flexible, the recipe collection is extensive and genuinely current, and the reintroduction phase gives you specific, usable data about your own body — not a general philosophy, but your personal map. By the time you reach integration, you don't just feel better. You know why. And you know exactly how to come back to this when life pulls you off course.
This is a tool you return to. The people who get the most out of it are the ones who understand that health is a lifelong practice — not a destination you reach and maintain effortlessly, but an ongoing, evolving relationship with a body that is always changing. The Holistic Reset is how you come back to steady. The first time through, you're learning the structure. Every time after, you go deeper. Bring your honesty, your patience, and your willingness to pay attention — and this process will give back more than you put in. Every single time.
