My Approach

My work integrates holistic, trauma-informed coaching with lifestyle support to help you understand your patterns, heal what’s holding you back, and take aligned steps toward a more authentic life.

This work is deeply practical yet inherently spiritual — as you heal and honor who you are, you cultivate the clarity and authenticity that shape true awakening.

I work with individuals committed to their own evolution who want a partner who brings accountability, honesty, belief, and the kind of inner fortitude that supports meaningful, sustainable change.

My Philosophy

I believe humans are absolute magic — fully human and fully divine, capable of creating, healing, reinventing, innovating, and rising beyond our stories in ways that defy expectation.

The dreams you carry and the visions that return aren’t random; they’re meaningful. They’re invitations. Following them with integrity and care benefits not only you, but the world around you.

My role is to support the people who feel that pull — the visionaries, dreamers, and creators — and help them build the internal and external structures needed to bring their visions into reality.

My Story

I grew up in a family shaped by limitation, fear, and a deep preference for safety. Even as a child, I felt a different truth — a pull toward experience, freedom, and self-realization. I followed that pull with everything in me.

I’ve worked through *many* of my patterns, healed long-held wounds (still hearling!), and built a life I once couldn’t have imagined. I’ve traveled, taken bold risks, pursued unconventional work, and trusted an inner wisdom no one ever taught me to recognize.

My work is shaped by these experiences — grounded in lived truth, study, and a commitment to my own evolution. Today, I support people who feel that same pull: the visionaries, the dreamers, the ones who sense there is more available. Helping people create a life beyond their own expectations is the work I’m here for.
